Othello Garwo, 19, of Halford St., Rochester, is charged with operating a motor vehicle while registration suspended, unlawful possession of marijuana, unlicensed operator and driver’s view obstructed after a traffic stop on Rt. 33 in Stafford on February 26, 2019 at 2:26a.m.
Garwo was allegedly operating with a suspended registration and possessed marijuana in the vehicle.
Garwo was issued appearance tickets and will appear in Stafford Town Court on March 28, 2019 at 6:00p.m.
Joseph D. Rivera, 36, of Cole Ave., Gates, NY, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after a traffic stop at 20 Lake avenue in Bergen on February 24, 2019.
Rivera will appear on Bergen Town Court on March 13, 2019 at 5:00p.m.
