GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Man charged with DWI in rollover accident

An Irondequoit man is charged with DWI after a two vehicle accident on Thursday evening at 2761 West Main street road in the Town of Batavia.

At about 7:48 p.m., Fire crews from East Pembroke responded to the two vehicle accident with one vehicle rolled over and a male occupant trapped. After an investigation, Deputies charged Jason J. Forte, 47, of Trelawne Drive with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and failure to yield the right of way entering the roadway.

Forte will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on March 21, 2019 to answer the charges.

Lawrence J. Isaac, 66, of Brant Reservation Rd., Irving, NY, is charged with harassment 2nd/physical contact after an incident at an address on Bloomingdale road on the Tonawanda Indian Reservation on February 16, 2019.

Isaac allegedly shoved a female while at the Community Center.

He was arraigned in the Town of Alabama Court on February 28, 2019 and will return to court on March 7, 2019 at 4:30p.m.
