BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/Bergen woman arrested on three outstanding bench warrants, charged with bail jumping

Cynthia H. Owens, 43, of Bergen, was arrested on three separate outstanding bench warrants out of City Court on March 4, 2019 after being picked up in Rochester on Elmwood avenue.

Owens was also charged with three separate counts of bail jumping 3rd.

She was arraigned in City Court and bail was set at $5,000 cash or bond.

Owens was transported to the Genesee County Jail and is due back in City Court on March 7, 2019

Zachary G. Garigen-Johnstone, 22, of Birch Cr., Rochester, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, passing a red signal, unregistered motor vehicle and uninspected motor vehicle after being stopped for a traffic violation at 200 East Main street.

Garigen-Johnstone was found to allegedly be in possession of a grinder containing marijuana and a marijuana pipe. The vehicle was found to have an expired registration and expired inspection.

He was processed roadside and was issued three traffic tickets.

Garigen-Johnstone was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to City Court on March 26, 2019.
