Spencer A. Luthart, 22, of Mill St., Middleport, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08%, unlawful possession of marijuana and operating a motor vehicle without an inspection certificate after a traffic stop on Wolcott street in LeRoy on March 3, 2019.
Luthart was issued appearance tickets and will appear in LeRoy Court on April 11, 2019 at 5:00p.m.
Axel E. Antongiorgi- Colon, 32, of Prospect street, Lockport, is charged with criminal mischief 2nd after allegedly damaging a vehicle in the parking lot of his girlfriend’s residence on Main road in Pembroke on December 8, 2018.
Colon will appear in Pembroke Town Court on March 21, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
Nicole M. Albrecht, 35, of Pleasant St., LeRoy, is charge with petit larceny after allegedly stealing a television from Wal-Mart on Veteran’s Memorial Drive on February 8, 2019.
Albrecht will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on March 14, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
