On March 17, 2019 at 3:15 am, Troopers out of SP Batavia arrested Jacob A. Harvey, 25 of LeRoy, for DWI, aggravated DWI and other vehicle and traffic infractions.
Troopers stopped Harvey on Oak Street in after observing Harvey cross hazard markings. Harvey was arrested for DWI after failing multiple Field Sobriety tests and transported to SP Batavia for processing. Harvey recorded a .20% BAC.
Harvey was issued traffic tickets returnable to the city of Batavia court for March 2019.
