On March 14, 2019, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Kenneth A. Bagg, 45, of Perry, for driving while ability impaired by drugs and alcohol.
Troopers initiated a traffic stop for an unregistered vehicle on Silver Lake Road, town of Perry. Standard Field Sobriety Tests were administered and determined Bagg was allegedly impaired by both drugs and alcohol.
Bagg is charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and alcohol. He was transported to SP Warsaw and was evaluated by a Drug Recognition Expert (DRE) from the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Department. Bagg was processed and released on appearance tickets.
Bagg is to appear in the town of Perry Court on March 27, 2019 at 6:00p.m.
