Bulmaro Perez Perez, 49, of Warsaw,was issued traffic citations following a motor vehicle collision on Buck Road in the Town of Warsaw on March 13, 2019.
Perez Perez was operating a side by side off road utility vehicle southbound on Buck Road. A vehicle, which was also traveling southbound and legally passing Perez Perez’s vehicle, was struck when Perez Perez suddenly turned left across the roadway.
The vehicles collided, ejecting Perez Perez while his vehicle overturned, and sending the other vehicle into the ditch. Perez Perez was flown by Mercy Flight to ECMC where he was treated for a head injury and has since been released.
The other driver was transported to WCCH by Warsaw Ambulance where they were treated and released for minor injuries. Following accident investigation, Perez Perez was issued traffic citations for unregistered motor vehicle and operating without insurance. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Warsaw Court at a later date.
