Thomas Foote, 56, of Arcade, NY, is charged with Grand Larceny in the Third Degree following an investigation into missing funds from a youth soccer organization that he was the treasurer of. Foote was arrested on March 22, 2019.
It was discovered that from August 8, 2013 to November 7, 2018 that Foote took $21,019.21 from the organization and used it for his personal use.
Foote was arraigned in Warsaw Village Court and released on his own recognizance.
Sheriff’s Investigator Jason Mayer is investigating the case.
