Teesean T. Ayala, 20, of Walnut St., Batavia, was arrested on March 19, 2019 in a Grand Jury Indictment Warrant following an investigation into a residential burglary that occurred on Hutchins street on August 2, 2015 .
Ayala was held without bail in the Genesee County Jail and will re-appear in court in May.
Thomas L. Crawford, 29, of Dorstone Rd., Rochester, is charged with assault 3rd/intent to cause physical injury, after allegedly striking a person in the forehead during an argument, causing a large laceration.
The incident occurred on Liberty street on March 25, 2019 at 2:30p.m.
Crawford was arraigned in City Court and jailed in lieu of $2,500 bail. He was scheduled to returned to City Court yesterday at 11:00a.m.
