GENESEE COUNTY/Indictments

Dennis S. Rogers Jr. has been indicted by a Genesee County Grand Jury and is accused of DWI as a class E felony. On November 3, 2018 in the Town of Pembroke, Rogers Jr. was operating a 2003 Chevy on Rt. 5, allegedly in an intoxicated condition.

In count two of the indictment, Rogers Jr. is accused of DWI Per Se, as a class E felony, he was allegedly driving with a .08% or more, as shown by a chemical analysis at the same date and location as above.

In count three, Rogers Jr. is accused of aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd, a misdemeanor. as he allegedly knew or had reason to know that his license or his privilege to operate a motor vehicle in NYS was suspended or revoked.

Rogers Jr. was previously convicted of DWI as a misdemeanor on June 30, 2011 in Monroe County. He also was convicted of DWI as a misdemeanor in the City of Rochester on September 16, 2002. Rogers Jr. also had his privilege to drive suspended after failing to pay child support in July of 2018.

Laura L. Godlewski Dutton-Pontillo has been indicted by a Genesee County Grand Jury and is accused of offering a false instrument for filing 1st, a class E felony, after allegedly providing a false statement or false information on a State of NY pistol revolver license application on May 4, 2018 at the Genesee County Clerk’s Office at 15 Main street.

Godlewski Dutton-Pontillo offered or presented it to a public office or public servant with the knowledge or belief that it would be filed with registered or recorded in or otherwise become a part of the records of such public office or public servant.
