Jerry Riley III, 41, of S. Main St., Batavia, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, aggravated unlicensed operation 1st, criminal possession of a controlled substance and failure to keep right after being arrested on Pringle avenue on April 6, 2019 at 2:25a.m.
Riley was arraigned in City Court and held without bail.
He re-appeared in court on April 8, 2019 at 1:30p.m.
Ronald T. Jackson, 53, of Liberty St., Batavia, is charged with criminal obstruction of breathing and harassment 2nd after an incident on State street where Jackson allegedly pushed another person and applied pressure to their neck during a physical altercation on April 8, 2019.
Jackson was arraigned in City Court and jailed in lieu of $1,500 cash or bond bail. He is due back in court today.
Two people have been charged after a domestic dispute at a residence on Maple street that occurred on April 8, 2019 at 2:49a.m.
Amanda M. Webb, 30, is charged with reckless endangerment 2nd, after she allegedly threw a knife at a male while he was walking away form the location. Webb was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on April 23, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
Bobby L. Mobley, 34, is charged with criminal possession of marijuana 5th, after allegedly being found with 1.8oz of marijuana. He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on April 16, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
