Matthew A. Oakes, 39, and Kailyn M. Oakes, 24, both of Boston State Rd., Hamburg, NY, are each charged with 3 counts of petit larceny, 3 counts of endangering the welfare of a child and 3 counts of conspiracy 6th after allegedly stealing several cartons of cigarettes from the Two Eagles Smoke Shop on Bloomingdale road in Alabama on three separate dates in April.
Both subjects allegedly stole the cartons of cigarettes on April 6, 12th and 15th with their small child in tow.
Matthew and Kailyn were arrested and issued appearance tickets and will appear in Alabama Town Court on May 8, 2019 at 6:00p.m.
The incidents are being investigated by Deputy David Moore with assistance from Deputy Joshua Brabon, Sgt. John Baiocco and Trooper Michael Machniak.
Gary A. Rynkowski, 50, of Thomas Ave., Batavia, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or more, open container and inadequate plate lamp following a traffic stop on West Main street in Batavia on April 20, 2019 at 2:33a.m.
He will appear in Batavia City Court on May 15, 2019 at 9:00a.m.
Michael S. VanBuren, 52, of Wesley Dr., Akron, NY, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or more, moving from a lane unsafely and speed not reasonable and prudent after an investigation of a motor vehicle accident on Knapp road in Pembroke on April 19, 2019 at 5:55p.m.
Van Buren was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Pembroke Town Court on May 14, 2019 at 4:30p.m.
