Joshua D. Capwell, 39, of West Main St., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd and criminal mischief after an investigation into a domestic dispute on West Main street on April 18, 2019 at 11:45p.m.
Capwell was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on April 23, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
Jordan R. Rose, 18, of Maple St., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after he allegedly was found in the presence of two protected parties who had a stay away order of protection on April 10, 2019.
Rose was issued an appearance ticket and released. He will appear in City Court on April 23, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
Heidi L. Harder, 43, of Montclair Ave., Batavia was arrested on a bench warrant following an unrelated incident on April 9, 2019.
Harder was located at her residence and was taken into custody without incident.
She was arraigned in City Court and jailed in lieu of $1500 cash or bond bail. Harder will re-appear at a later date.
