Heyward Clark, AKA Heywood Clark, is accused of the crime of burglary 3rd, a class D felony, after he knowingly entered a building unlawfully at 3 1/2 School street in the City of Batavia on October 27, 2016.
Clark is also accused of petit larceny in count 2 of the indictment, a class A misdemeanor, after stealing property and U.S. currency from a female on October 27, 2016.
The Grand Jury further accuses Clark of the crime of criminal mischief 3rd, a class E felony, after he damaged the property of another person at 3 1/2 School street, a window, exceeding the amount of $250.00 on October 27, 2016.
In count 4, Clark is accused of burglary 3rd, a class D felony after he knowingly entered a garage unlawfully at 5 Porter avenue in the City of Batavia between October 27, 2016 and October 31, 2016.
In count 5, the Grand Jury further accuses Clark of petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor after stealing a circular saw and battery between October 27, 2016 and October 31, 2016.
In count 6, Clark is accused of criminal mischief 4th, a class A misdemeanor, after intentionally damaging property of another person, a window, between October 27, 2016 and October 31, 2016.
Felix Cabrera-Lopez, AKA, Felix Cabrera, is accused of the crime of aggravated unlicensed operation 1st, a class E felony, after operating his motor vehicle on South Lake street in the Town of Bergen on March 6, 2018 after knowingly operating his vehicle with a suspended or revoked license after having 10 or more suspensions imposed on at least 10 separate dates for failure to answer, appear or pay a fine on January 31, 2008; December 31, 2011; October 5, 2012; March 27, 2014, October 16, 2014; January 7, 2015; June 9, 2015. May 12, 2016; September 10, 2016: July 25, 2017 all in Monroe County.
