Christian A. Wilson, 21, of State St., Batavia, is charged with promoting prison contraband 1st, conspiracy 5th and criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th following an investigation into alleged smuggling of contraband into the Genesee County Jail on January 19, 2019.
It is alleged that Wilson delivered a quantity of a controlled substance into the jail in a concealed manner.
Wilson was released on an appearance ticket and will return to City Court on May 20, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
