Michael S. Wahl, 53, of Jordan Ave., Rochester, NY, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle 3rd and possession or transport or offer for sale unstamped cigarettes following a traffic stop in Indian Falls road in Pembroke on May 10, 2019 at 11:32p.m.
Wahl allegedly was operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license and possessed unstamped cigarettes for sale. He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Pembroke Court on May 28, 2019 at 4:30p.m.
Ira L. Mercer, 72, of Oakwood Rd., Rochester, is charged with possessing unstamped cigarettes for sale following a traffic stop on Indian Falls road in Pembroke on May 10, 2019 at 11:32p.m.
Mercer was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Pembroke Court on May 28, 2019 at 4:30p.m.
Jason S. Wood, 40, of Woodstock Gardens Apts., Batavia, is charged with two counts of criminal contempt 2nd after violating an order of protection issued through Family Court.
Wood allegedly contacted the protected party several times through text messaging on May 11, 2019.
He was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and jailed in lieu of bail.
Joshua D. Thomas Jr., 34, of Post Ave., Rochester, is charged with criminal possession of marijuana 4th after a traffic stop on Rt. 490 in LeRoy on May 11, 2019 at 12:29a.m.
Thomas was a passenger in the vehicle that was pulled over for vehicle and traffic violations. During the stop, criminal indicators were observed which lead to a search of the vehicle and its occupants.
Thomas was alleged to have been in possession of more than two ounces of marijuana. He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in LeRoy Town Court on June 4, 2019 at 2:00p.m.
Ramon Gilliam, 44,of Main St., LeRoy, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd and uninspected vehicle after a traffic stop for an uninspected vehicle on East Main street in Batavia on May 10, 2019 at 9:04p.m.
