BATAVIA/Man with 46 active suspensions arrested in traffic stop

James R. Calaci, 36, of Central Ave., Batavia, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 1st, unlicensed operator, speeding in a zone and using portable handheld device after a traffic stop on Liberty street on May 9, 2019.

Calaci was allegedly using a portable hand held device and was speeding. He was further found to allegedly be operating with a NYS ID that had 46 active suspensions.

Calaci was arraigned and jailed on bail and will appear in City Court on May 16, 2019 at 11:00a.m.
