GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Byron woman charged after driving with a suspended license

Heather N. Holbrook, 34, of Byron Holley Rd., Byron, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, endangering the welfare of child, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd and inadequate muffler after a traffic stop at West Main and River streets in the City of Batavia after vehicle and traffic law violations on May 16, 2019.

Holbrook allegedly was operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and was in possession of a controlled substance with two children passengers in the vehicle.

Holbrook was issued appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in City Court on May 29, 2019 at 9:00a.m.

Thomas J. Kenney, 38, of Rt. 20A, Warsaw, is charged with DWI and driving with a BAC of .08% or more following a traffic offenses complaint on Rt. 77 in Pembroke on May 12, 2019.

Kenney was processed at the Genesee County Jail and released on appearance tickets.
