BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/Teen charged after damaging a City of Batavia Police vehicle

A 17 year old male was arrested and charged with criminal mischief 3rd after an incident on Hewitt Place where he damaged a City of Batavia Police vehicle on May 16, 2019 about 6:20p.m.

The teen was arraigned in City Court and jailed in lieu of $1,000 cash or bond bail.

He will return to court at a later date.

Zackery V.D. Seeley, 22, of Miller Ave., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 1st after allegedly violating an order of protection on May 25, 2019.

Seeley was arraigned in City Court and jailed without bail.

Angela L. Flowers, 48, of Watson St., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 1st and harassment 2nd after allegedly pushing another person who had an order of protection against her on May 26, 2019.

Flowers was arraigned in City Court and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice. She is due back in court today.

Shane Zimblis, 48, of S. Swan St., Batavia, was arrested on a bench warrant on May 27, 2019. He was located at his residence on Swan street after police arrived for an unrelated complaint.

Zimblis was arraigned in City Court and jailed in lieu of $15,000 cash bail and $30,000 bond bail. He will return to court later this afternoon.

Jamie L. Edenholm, 32, of Gabbey Rd., Corfu, is charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlicensed operator and following too closely after a property damage accident at 200 Main street on May 25, 2019 at 1:06p.m.

Edenholm was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in City Court on June 5, 2019 at 9:00a.m.

Quinn M. Pritchard, 28, of E. Main St.,, Batavia, is charged with petit larceny following a shoplifting complaint at Dollar General on E. Main street on May 24, 2019.

Pritchard was released with an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in City Court on June 4, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
