ORLEANS COUNTY SHERIFF’S BLOTTER REPORT

On May 3, 2019, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Melissa Stornelli, 34, of Albion, with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th and petit larceny. She was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court.

On May 17, 2019, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Joseph Camacho, 48, of Clarendon, with endangering the welfare of a child, resisting arrest, and harassment 2nd. He was arraigned in the Town of Clarendon Court and remanded to the Orleans County Jail on $10,000 cash/$20,000 bond and is scheduled to return to the Town of Clarendon Court at a later date.

On May 17, 2019, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Kristina Kuellertz, 24, of Clarendon, with making a terroristic threat, aggravated harassment 2nd, and endangering the welfare of a child. She was arraigned in the Town of Murray Court and remanded to the Jail on $2,000 cash bail and is scheduled to return to the Town of Murray court at a later date.

On May 17, 2019, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office arrested Kristina Kuellertz, 24, of Clarendon, on a bench warrant for possession of a hypodermic Instrument. She was arraigned in the Town of Murray Court and remanded to the Jail on $1,000 cash bail and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court at a later date.

On May 20, 2019, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Anthony Abraham, 31, of Akron, with criminal possession of a controlled substance (2 counts) and several vehicle and traffic violations. He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Clarendon Court.

On May 20, 2019, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Richard VanEpps, 44, of Holley, with criminal mischief. He was arraigned in the Town of Murray Court and remanded to the Jail on $500 cash bail and is scheduled to return to the Town of Murray Court at a later date.

On May 21, 2019, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Alexandra Finnefrock, 26, of Holley, with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and criminal contempt 2nd. She was arraigned in the Town of Murray Court and remanded to the Jail on $5,000 cash bail. She will reappear on a later date.

On May 21, 2019, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Peter Apicella, 53, of Holley, with criminal mischief, reckless endangerment property, and harassment 2nd. He was arraigned in the Town of Clarendon Court and remanded to the Jail on $5,000 cash/$10,000 bond bail and is scheduled to return to the Town of Clarendon Court at a later date.

On May 24, 2019, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Robert Stearns, 28, of Holley, with aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd and several vehicle and traffic tickets. He was issued appearance tickets and is scheduled to return to the Town of Murray Court.
