On May 27, 2019, Deputy Young was dispatched to a reported disabled or abandoned vehicle on Peoria road in the Town of Pavilion.
Upon arrival, Deputy Young located Stormy Watts, 21, of Stafford and Daniel Lewis, 22, of North Chili sleeping in the backseat of the vehicle.
Watts and Lewis told Deputy Young they were waiting to call someone to bring them gas.
After an investigation, it is alleged that Lewis was in possession of a firearm and was a convicted felon. Numerous confirmed stolen items were also located in the pair’s possession.
Some items, the Sheriff’s Office is still attempting to locate the property owners.
Some of the items are vehicle electronics, hand bags and wallets, which were seized during the investigation.

The alleged larcenies may have occurred in Monroe, Livingston and Genesee Counties between March of 2019 and Memorial Day.
Lewis is charged with criminal possession of stolen property 4th, class E felony, destroying physical evidence, a class E felony, criminal possession of a weapon 4th, class A misdemeanor and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.
He was arraigned in LeRoy Town Court and was held in the Genesee County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash or $5,000 bond.
Watts is charged with criminal possession of stolen property 4th and unlawful possession of marijuana. She was arraigned in LeRoy Town Court and held on $1,000 cash or $3,000 bond.
Both Lewis and Watts will appear in Pavilion Town Court on June 4, 2019 at 3:00p.m.
