Nicole J. Andrews, 37, of Boone St., Buffalo, is charged with burglary 3rd, possession of burglar tools, criminal tampering 3rd, attempted petit larceny and conspiracy 6th after a shoplifting in progress complaint at a department store at 4170 Veteran’s Memorial Drive on June 12, 2019 at 3:04p.m..
Also charged is Jacquline M. Ross. Ross is charged with attempted petit larceny and conspiracy 6th. She was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Batavia Court at a later date.
Andrews was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and jailed without bail.
