Jay W. Schafer, 26, of Walnut St., Batavia, is charged with criminal possession of a firearm/possess a firearm, after an incident at his residence on Walnut street at 2:15 a.m. on June 19, 2019.
Schafer was arraigned in City Court and jailed in lieu of $15, 000 cash bail and $30,000 bond bail.
He is scheduled to re-appear at a later date.
Brandon L. Lucas, 35, of Manhattan Square, Rochester, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd and unlawful possession of marijuana after a traffic stop on Main street on June 18, 2019.
Lucas was found to be driving on a suspended license an was found to allegedly be in possession of marijuana.
He was arraigned in City court and jailed on $1,000 cash or bond bail.
