ORLEANS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE/ BLOTTER REPORT

On June 6, 2019, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Peter Apicella, 53, of Holley, with criminal contempt 2nd. He was arraigned in the Town of Clarendon Court and remanded to the Jail on $10,000 cash bail. Apicella is scheduled to return to the Town of Clarendon Court at a later date.

On June 8, 2019, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Lizzie Carpio, 32, of Rochester, with petit larceny. She was arraigned in the Town of Albion Court and remanded to the Jail on $250 cash/$500 bond bail. Carpio is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court at a later date.

On June 10, 2019, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Robert Schnaufer, 57, of Holley, with DWI, driving with a BAC .08% or higher, moving from a lane unsafely and speed unreasonable. He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Clarendon Court at a later date.

On June 13, 2019, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, assisted by the New York State Police, charged Susan Garrison, 52, of Rochester, with criminal trespass 2nd, criminal mischief 4th (2 counts) and aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd. She was arraigned in the Town of Murray Court and remanded to the Jail on $2,000 cash or bond bail. Garrison is scheduled to return to the Town of Kendall Court at a later date.

In a separate arrest on June 13, 2019, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Susan Garrison, 52, of Rochester, with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th (5 counts). She was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Murray Court at a later date.

On June 17, 2019, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Blake Hill, 28, of Albion, with aggravated unlicensed operation 1st, unlicensed operation, unregistered trailer and no trailer plate affixed. He was arraigned in the Town of Clarendon Court and remanded to the Jail on $1,500 cash/bond bail and is scheduled to return to the Town of Clarendon Court at a later date.

On June 18, 2019, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged James Harrold, 49, of Lyndonville, with operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs/ 1st offense. He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Yates Court at a later date.
