Crystal L. Kiebzak, 37, of Main St., Wyoming, NY, is charged with reckless endangerment 2nd after an investigation into the near drowning of a child in a pool at a campground on Francis road in Bethany.
Emergency crews were called to the campground about 7:35p.m. June 22, 2019 for a child found in a pool.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, the child was resuscitated after drowning.
Kiebzak was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Bethany Court on July 16, 2019 at 7:00p.m.
