GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Stafford man charged after threatening a person with a screwdriver

David G. Morgan, 65, of Roanoke Rd., Stafford, is charged with menacing 2nd after allegedly placing a person in fear of physical injury, serious physical injury or death by displaying a dangerous instrument, a screwdriver, during an incident on Roanoke road on June 20, 2019.

Morgan was arraigned in Stafford Town Court and released under supervision.

Angel I. Carrasquillo, 43, of Lake Ave., Rochester, is charged with burglary 3rd, criminal mischief 3rd, attempted grand larceny 4th and petit larceny after an investigation into a burglary in the Town of Stafford on Clinton street road on May 2, 2019 at 2:27a.m.

Carrasquillo is scheduled to be arraigned in Batavia Town Court on June 29, 2019 at 1:00p.m.

Carrasquillo is currently being held in the Genesee County Jail on a separate matter.

The incident is being investigated by Sgt. Baiocco, Investigators Chris Parker and Chad Minuto and members of the NYS Police.

Duane K. Miller, 54, of Linwood Ave., Warsaw, is charged with illegal use of toxic vapors after he was located in the Wal-Mart parking lot on Veteran’s Memorial Drive allegedly huffing.

Miller was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on July 8, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
