ORLEANS COUNTY SHERIFF’S BLOTTER REPORT

On May 29, 2019, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged a 17 year old, of Lyndonville, with assault 3rd. He was arraigned in the Town of Yates Court and released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to return to the Town of Yates Court at a later date.

On June 19, 2019, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Andrew Grochowski, 18, of Lyndonville, with harassment 2nd. He was arraigned in the Town of Yates Court and released on his own recognizance.

On June 19, 2019, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Pamela Durow, 47, of Lyndonville, with reckless endangerment 2nd. She was arraigned in the Town of Yates Court and released on her own recognizance. She is scheduled to return to the Town of Yates Court at a later date.

On June 21, 2019, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Nicholas Shaffer, 19, of Albion, with unlawful possession of marijuana. He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court at a later date.

On June 21, 2019, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Tyree Winkfield-White, 21, of Albion, with unlawful possession of marijuana. He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court at a later date.

In a separate arrest on June 21, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Tyree Winkfield-White, 21, of Albion, on a violation of probation warrant. He was arraigned in the Town of Albion Court and remanded to the jail on $5,000 cash/$10,000 bond bail and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court at a later date.
