Warsaw Police arrested Bradley D. Flint, 34, of Warsaw and charged him with DWI, aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or more, reckless driving, moving from a lane unsafely and failure to keep right after crossing the centerline and striking a vehicle and pole on Liberty street on July 4, 2019 at 8:30p.m.
Flint was arraigned in the Village of Warsaw Court and jailed on $1,000 cash bail and $2,500 bond bail. He will re-appear in court on August 12, 2019 at 5:00p.m.
After the accident, a power outage occurred in scattered area’s of the Village.
