Louis C. Restivo, 25, of N. Lake Ave., Bergen, is charged with assault 2nd, causing injury with a deadly weapon or dangerous instrument, after he was involved in a bar fight on North Lake avenue in Bergen where he allegedly struck another male in the head with a beer bottle causing that person to be injured.
Restivo was arraigned in Bergen Town Court and released.
He will return to court on August 21, 2019 at 3:00p.m.
An order of protection was issued.
Alexandra R. Lasky, 29, of Seven Springs Rd., Stafford, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th and unlawful growing of cannabis by an unlicensed person after deputies responded to a reported domestic incident on Seven Springs road on June 26, 2019.
After an investigation of the complaint, Laskey was charged along with Alexander Scheg, both were issued appearance tickets for unlawful growing of cannabis. Laskey was allegedly found with a controlled substance on scene.
Both will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on August 13, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
