A Genesee County Grand Jury has indicted Craig L. Fien Jr. and Carla L. Catalano. They are accused of the crime of criminal possession of stolen property 4th, a class E felony, after allegedly knowingly possessing stolen property, one or more firearms, rifles or shotguns, Savage Arms Stevens model 320 pump shotgun with intent to benefit themselves or a person other than the owner. The incident occurred late October 2018 through early November 2018.

In count 2, Fien and Catalano are accused of the crime of conspiracy 5th degree, a class A misdemeanor, both are accused of having intent to commit a felony.

The Grand Jury has indicted James M. Mucci and has accused him of the crime of aggravated driving while intoxicated, a class E felony.

On April 21, 2019 in the Town of Batavia, Mucci was operating a 2006 Chevy on the NYS thruway, allegedly in an intoxicated condition, while a child 15 or less was a passenger in his vehicle.

In count two Mucci is accused of aggravated DWI per se, a class E felony, after allegedly driving with .08 % or more of alcohol in his blood with a child less than 15 years old as a passenger in his vehicle.

In count three, Mucci is accused of aggravated DWI per se as a misdemeanor after allegedly driving with a BAC of .18 or more of alcohol in his blood.

In count four Mucci is accused of endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor after allegedly knowingly acting in a manner likely to be injurious to the physical, mental or moral welfare of a child less than 17 years old.

Sharnice S. Gibson is has been indicted and is accused of the crime of aggravated DWI, as a class E felony.

On March 14, 2019, Gibson was operating a 2002 Saturn in the Town of Alabama on Rt. 63, allegedly in an intoxicated condition,while a child 15 years or less was a passenger in her vehicle.

In count 2, Gibson is accused of aggravated DWI, a class E felony, after allegedly driving in an intoxicated condition, while a second child 15 or less was a passenger in her vehicle.
