PERRY POLICE REPORT/Man charged after violating an order of protection

Following an investigation into a domestic incident that occurred on July 14, 2019, members of the Perry Police Department arrested Nicholas C. Hoffman, 32, for violating an order of protection that had been in place.  

He is charged with criminal contempt 2nd.

The Perry Police Department obtained a bail recommendation from the Wyoming County District Attorney’s Office of $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond.

Hoffman was arraigned in Perry Village Court in front of Honorable Bogart. He was committed to the Wyoming County Jail in lieu of $500.00 cash and $1,000 bond.

Hoffman has a return court date for July 30, 2019 in Perry Village Court to answer the charge.
