Marquerite A. Magee, 80, of North St., Albion, is charged with harassment 2nd after allegedly punching her roommate in the face at the assisted living facility she resides at located at 278 Bank street in Batavia on July 20, 2019.
Magee was issued an appearance ticket and will return to City Court on July 30, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
Duane K. Miller, 54, of Linwood Ave., Warsaw, is charged with illegally inhaling toxic vapors in public places after he was located allegedly huffing an aerosol container in the parking lot of a local business at 204 W. Main Street on July 22, 2019 at 2:42p.m.
On July 23, 2019, Miller was arrested for illegal use of toxic vapors after allegedly huffing cans of air dusters in the parking lot of a local business at 4152 W. Main street road at 5:26p.m.
Miller was issued appearance tickets in both incidents and released. He will appear in City Court on July 30, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
Bobby L. Mobley, 34, of Watson St., Batavia, is charged with burglary 2nd and criminal contempt 2nd after an investigation revealed that he entered the residence of another person on Maple street in which a stay away order of protection was issued against him.
Mobley was arraigned in City Court and was remanded to the jail without bail. Mobley will re-appear in City Court at a later date.
Brandon C. Dodd, 32, of Highland Park, Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd after an incident on Pearl street where Dodd allegedly struck a person in the face on July 21, 2019 at 12:51a.m.
Dodd was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in City Court on July 30, 2019 at 1:00p.m. for arraignment.
Ronald D. Williams, 42, of Ellicott St., Batavia, is charged with unlawfully growing cannabis and unlawful possession of marijuana after allegedly growing marijuana plants on the roof of his residence on July 18, 2019.
Williams was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in City Court on July 30, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
Tatiana C. Lugo, 24, homeless, of Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 1st following an investigation into a violation of a court order on N. Spruce street on July 19, 2019.
Lugo was arraigned in City Court and held in lieu of $5,000 cash or bond bail.
Lugo was scheduled to re-appear in court today at 12:30p.m.
Michael L. Valle, 38, of Bank St., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd after allegedly punching a person in the face on Bank street on July 19, 2019
Valle was issued an appearance ticket and appeared in City Court on July 23, 2018.
Bradley R. Jordan, 26, of E. Main St., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 1st, harassment 2nd and endangering the welfare of a child after Jordan allegedly struck a person who has an order of protection against him on East Main street on July 19, 2019.
Jordan was arraigned in City Court and jailed without bail and re-appeared in court earlier today.
Kiha S. McNear, 21, of Walnut St., Batavia, was arrested on an arrest warrant out of City Court for petit larceny.
McNear allegedly stole a bicycle.
McNear was arraigned in City Court and jailed in lieu of $1,000 cash or bond bail. McNear re-appeared in court on July 15, 2018.
