Kiha S. McNear, 21, of Holland Ave., Batavia, is charged with two counts of criminal contempt 1st, (prior conviction/physical contact), burglary 2nd, criminal mischief 4th and harassment 2nd after a domestic incident on Walnut street on July 25, 2019 at 1:55a.m.
McNear allegedly violated an order of protection and then was in a physical fight with a family member.
McNear was arraigned in City Court and jailed in lieu of $10,000 cash or bond bail. He re-appeared in court on July 26, 2019.
Justin P. Avino, 26, of Swan St., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd after having physical contact with another person on July 21, 2019.
Avino was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on August 6, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
Myriam M. Cruz, 36, of Copeland St., Rochester and Christian Saez, no age or address provided, are each charged with petit larceny after shoplifting from a business at 587 East Main street on two separate occasions.
They were arrested and arraigned in City Court on July 26, 2019.
Saez is being held on $500 cash bail and $2,500 bond bail.
Cruz was released on her own recognizance.
Both will appear in City Court on August 1, 2019 at 9:00 a.m.
Tony J. Aguglia, 39, of Main St., Clarence, NY, was arrested after stealing a beer from Tops, 390 West Main street, on July 25, 2019.
Aguglia was fingerprinted and photographed at the Genesee County Jail and issued an appearance ticket and released to his mother.
He will appear in City Court on August 6, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
Katherine S. Thomas, 46, of Ross St., Batavia, is charged with trespass after an investigation into a disturbance on Ross street on July 26, 2019 at 1:11a.m.
Thomas was warned to stay away from the scene by police, but returned a short time later.
She was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on July 30, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
Dustin W. Bogue, 37, unknown address, of Buffalo, was arrested on a warrant for allegedly violating an order of protection on April 5, 2019.
Bogue was arraigned in City Court on July 28, 2019 and jailed, bail was set.
He will re-appear in City Court at a later date.
