Duane K. Miller, 54, of Linwood Ave., Warsaw, is charged with illegal use of toxic vapors and obstructing governmental administration after he was located at 229 West Main street allegedly huffing from an aerosol can on July 29, 2019.
Miller also allegedly refused commands to stop this behavior while being taken into custody by Officer Christopher Lindsay.
He was arraigned in City Court and jailed in lieu of bail and will re-appear in court later today.
Brittany M. Smith, 27, of Pringle Ave., Batavia is charged with harassment 2nd after allegedly threatening to assault DSS Case Workers during a child house visit on Pringle avenue on July 29, 2019.
Smith was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on August 6, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
Christian Saez, 30, of Copeland St., Rochester, NY, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly attempting to steal seafood from Tops at 390 West Main street on July 12, 2019.
Saez was issued an appearance ticket and appeared in City Court on July 30, 2019.
Jenna M. Lange, 36, of Mustang Cir., Geneseo, NY, is charged with attempted petit larceny following a shoplifting incident at 412 East Main street on July 29, 2019. She was released on an appearance ticket.
Hector M. Arroyo, 44, of Mustang Cir., Geneseo, NY, is charged with petit larceny in the same shoplifting incident at 412 East Main street.
Arroyo was jailed in lieu of $1,000 cash bail and $2,500 bond bail. He re-appeared in City Court on July 30, 2019.
Shawntoy L. Pryor, 33, of Stockbridge Ave., Buffalo, is charged with trespassing after allegedly being on private property on July 12, 2019.
Pryor responded to Police Headquarters and was issued an appearance ticket.
He will appear in City Court on August 20, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
Kyle L. Humphres, 33, of Rockerfeller Rd., Phelps, NY, turned himself in at Police Headquarters on an arrest warrant for criminal contempt 2nd.
Humphres was arraigned in City Court and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice.
He will re-appear in City Court on August 22, 2019 at 9:00a.m.
