Paul R. Avino, 46, of Ellicott St., Batavia, is charged with disorderly conduct, obstruction, resisting arrest and criminal impersonation of a police officer following a complaint at Six Flags Darien Lake on July 31, 2019.
Avino was allegedly swearing in a public place, resisting arrest and obstructing governmental administration. He was also allegedly in possession of a police badge and is not a police officer.
Avino was released on an appearance ticket and is due in Darien Town Court on September 3, 2019 at 4:00p.m.
Morgan A. Brown, 25, of Wyoming Rd., Wyoming, NY, is charged with assault 3rd following an investigation into a domestic incident that occurred on July 25, 2019 on Ellicott street road in Pavilion.
Brown was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Pavilion Court on August 6, 2019 at 3:00p.m.
Penny B. Hargrave, 52, of Morrow Rd., Pavilion, is charged with DWI, failure to keep right, moving from a lane unsafely, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident and refusal to take a breath test after a motor vehicle accident on Ellicott street road in Pavilion on July 30, 2019.
Hargrave was allegedly driving while intoxicated and left the scene of a motor vehicle accident.
She was arraigned in Pavilion Town Court and will re-appear on August 6, 2019 at 3:00p.m.
