Jason H. Freeman, 37, of Hutchins St., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd and criminal obstruction of breathing after a complaint on Hutchins street on July 31, 2019.
Freeman is accused of choking a tenant and then throwing a bicycle at them about 9:00a.m.
Freeman was issued an appearance ticket and released.
He will appear in City Court on August 6, 2019 at 1:00p.m. to answer the charges.
Tonya M. Weber-Jackson, 35, of Highland Park, Batavia, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, criminal use of drug paraphernalia 2nd and obstruction of governmental administration 2nd after an investigation into an unrelated matter after an incident on East Main street on August 4, 2019 at 1:54a.m.
Weber-Jackson was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on August 20, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
Tony M. Peebles, 52, of Riley St., Buffalo, is charged with DWI and aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or more, after an investigation into a 9-1-1 hang up call in an area of School street.
Peebles was located and found to be allegedly operating his vehicle while intoxicated.
Peebles was processed and will appear in City Court on August 7, 2019 at 9:00a.m.
Jesse D. Bowman, 26, of Vine St., Batavia, is charged with criminal use of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop on Ellicott street on August 3, 2019.
Bowman was allegedly found to be in possession of a crack pipe.
Bowman was released with an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on August 6, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
Patricia A. Herzog, 52, of East Main St., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing property from Tops at 390 West Main street on August 1, 2019.
Herzog was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in City Court on August 6, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
Kevin J. Weber, 48, of Columbia Ave., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after violating a stay away order of protection by contacting the protected party.
