BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/Rochester man charged after threatening a person

Carlos E. Flores, 27, of Rand St., Rochester, is charged with harassment 2nd after an incident at 16 Bank street where Flores allegedly threatened another person using hand gestures during a verbal dispute that caused the victim to be in fear.

The incident occurred on August 11, 2019 at 8:35p.m.

Flores was issued an appearance ticket and released. He will appear in City Court on August 20, 2019 at 1:00p.m.

Darrell D. Smith, 52, of Highland Park, Batavia, is charged with criminal mischief after a domestic incident on Prune street on August 8, 2019.

Smith was arraigned in City Court and released on his won recognizance and will appear in City Court at a later date.

Carrie A. Stewart, 39, of Church Rd., Darien, is charged with petit larceny after an investigation into a larceny at a local business at 412 East Main street on August 10, 2019.

Stewart was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on August 20, 2019 at 1:00p.m.

Cody N. Proefrock, 26, of Liberty St., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly shoplifting from a local business at 412 East Main street on August 8, 2019,

Proefrock was issued an appearance ticket and released.

Proefrock will appear in City Court on August 20, 2019 at 1:00p.m.

James R. Tillery, 47, of Farwell Dr., Batavia, is charged with unreasonable noise following a loud music complaint on August 9, 2019 on Farwell drive.

Tillery was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on August 20, 2010 at 1:00p.m.

Tony J. Aguglia, 39, of Main St., Clarence, turned himself in at the Batavia Police Department on a failure to appear arrest warrant on August 6, 2019.

He was released on his own recognizance and will appear in City Court on August 13, 2019 at 1:30p.m.
