The Genesee County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an incident in the Town of Darien involving a cow that was intentionally shot and killed.
The incident occurred sometime after sunset on August 10th and sunrise on August 11th.
The incident occurred in the area of Bennett and Simonds road.
The DEC is also assisting in the investigation and was on location today.
