On July 12, 2019, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, assisted by the New York State Police, arrested Raymond E. Austin, 33, of Medina, and charged him with criminal mischief 4th. He was arraigned in the Town of Shelby Court and remanded to the Jail on $250 cash/$2,000 bond bail and is scheduled to return to the Town of Barre Court at a later date.
On July 13, 2019, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Andrew Stachewicz, 38, of Albion, with assault 3rd after an incident. He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled appear in the Town of Ridgeway Court at a later date.
On July 14, 2019, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged James Clark, 88, of Albion, with trespass. He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Murray Court at a later date.
On July 23, 2019, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Lawrence Miller, 26, of Knowlesville, with assault 3rd and criminal mischief. He was arraigned in the Town of Carlton Court and released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to return to the Town of Carlton Court at a later date.
On July 23, 2019, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Stacey Seefeldt, 47, of Knowlesville, with assault 3rd. She was arraigned in the Town of Carlton Court and released on her own recognizance. Seefeldt is scheduled to return to the Town of Carlton Court at a later date.

On July 25, 2019, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Elena Acosta, 19, of Albion, with petit larceny. She was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Albion Court at a later date.
On July 27, 2019, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Samantha Finney, 20, of Albion, with petit larceny. She was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Barre Court at a later date.
On July 30, 2019, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, assisted by the New York State Police, charged Daniel Stewart, 34, of Lyndonville, with aggravated unlicensed operation 1st, DWAI/Drugs – 1st Offense, criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th (2 counts) and several traffic tickets. He was arraigned in the Town of Yates Court and remanded to the Jail on $2,500 cash/$5,000 bond bail. Stewart is scheduled to return to the Town of Ridgeway Court at a later date.
On July 30, 2019, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Troy Bailey, 49, of Oakfield, with reckless endangerment 2nd, criminal mischief 4th, and criminal possession of a weapon 4th. He was arraigned in the Town of Albion Court and remanded to the Jail on $2,000 cash bail and is scheduled to return to the Town of Barre Court at a later date.
On August 5, 2019, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Kali Buzard, 25, of Waterport, with tampering with physical evidence. She was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Carlton Court.
