Following a traffic stop for speed in zone on South Main Street in the village of Perry on August 17, 2019, Louis Giardino, 65, of Rochester, was arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd degree as well as cited for the speeding.
Giardino was issued an appearance ticket with a return court date of September 17, 2019 at 1:00P.M.
Following a complaint of a physical altercation on South Main Street between a male and a female, Jesse Schuster, 35, of Perry was arrested for harassment 2nd on August 16, 2019.
