Andrew A. Said, 50, an inmate at the Genesee County Jail, is charged with promoting prison contraband 1st after allegedly being found to have illegally possessed a razor blade while confined to a correctional facility, the Genesee County Jail, on August 14, 2019.
Said was arraigned in City Court on August 21, 2019.
Peter A. Trabka, 66, of Waterport, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle after an investigation of a man laying in the grass next to his vehicle on Alexander road in Alexander on August 20, 2019.
Trabka was released on traffic tickets and will appear in Alexander Town Court on September 17, 2019 at 5:00p.m..
Michael A. Tisdale, 30, of Rebaud Ave., Silver Springs, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th and registration plate violation after a traffic stop on Rt. 98 in Batavia on August 20, 2019.
Tisdale was a passenger in the vehicle that was stopped for a traffic violation.
A search of the vehicle located a small quantity of prescription medication identified as a controlled substance.
Tisdale was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on September 10, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
Ryan P. Barnhardt, 23, of W. Buffalo St., Warsaw, and Austin D. Nowakowski, 19, of Broadway Rd., Darien, are each charged with trespassing for allegedly entering and remaining unlawfully on private property while operating an off road motor bike on Bonnie Brae Drive in Darien on August 21, 2019.
Both were released on appearance tickets.
