A Dansville couple is facing welfare charges after they allegedly filed false documents with the Department of Social Services.
Heather L. Ralston, 32, and her husband Robert R. Ralston, 46, were charged with Welfare Fraud 4th Degree, a Felony, Offering a False Instrument to File 1st Degree, after an investigation by the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office and the Department of Social Services.
It is alleged that the couple failed to report all household income when they were living in Wyoming County. By failing to report all income they received $3,085.25 in county taxpayer benefits that they were not entitled to.
The Ralston’s have a return court date in the Town of Warsaw Court on 09/23/19.
