Joshua M. Gaudioso, 30, of Albion Rd., Oakfield, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing a NYS license plate that did not belong to him on Main street in Corfu on August 15, 2019.
Gaudioso was transported to the Genesee County Jail and released on an appearance ticket.
He is due in Corfu Village Court on October 7, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
Ebony S. Sanders, 41, of Lake Ave., Rochester, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana 2nd and speeding in a zone after a traffic stop on Rt. 490 in LeRoy following the observation of a vehicle and traffic violation on September 3, 2019.
After a roadside interview with Sanders, the odor of burnt marijuana was detected emanating from inside the vehicle.
A vehicle search was conducted and Sanders was allegedly in possession of a quantity of marijuana inside her vehicle.
She was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of LeRoy Court on October 1, 2019 at 2:00p.m.
