BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/Arcade man facing charges after disturbance at hospital

Darel D. Tingue, 29, of Main St., Arcade, is charged with trespass, criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th and criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd after a disturbance at 127 North street, UMMC, on September 10, 2019.

Tingue was asked to leave and not return to the property. During the arrest he was allegedly found to possess a controlled substance, cocaine.

Tingue was arraigned in City Court by Judge Balbick and was jailed with bail set at $10,000 cash and $20,000 bond bail. He re-appeared in court on September 12, 2019.

Jason R. Anderson, 38, of S. Main St., Batavia, is charged with criminal possession of a weapon 3rd/previous conviction, following a probation house check on September 7, 2019.

Anderson was issued an appearance ticket and appeared in City Court on September 10, 2019.

Keriann Barbaritz, 40, of Pratt Rd., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after police were requested to 390 West Main street, Tops Supermarket, for a shoplifting complaint on September 10, 2019.

Barbaritz was arrested and processed at the scene and then released on an appearance ticket.

She is expected to appear in City Court on September 24, 2019 at 1:00p.m.

Rae C. Cook, 30, of E. Main St., Batavia, was arrested on an arrest warrant for petit larceny from August 26, 2019.

Cook was processed at Batavia Police Headquarters and arraigned in City Court on September 11, 2019 and was jailed in lieu of $250.

Cook will re-appear in City Court this morning at 11:00a.m.
