David A. Bogue, 52, of Maple St. Rd., Basom, NY, is charged with DWI and failure to keep right after an investigation into a one car motor vehicle accident on Lewiston road in Batavia on September 10, 2019 at 2:58p.m.
Bogue allegedly was operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.
He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on October 24, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
Nicole L. Woodruff, 39, of S. Academy St., Medina, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing property from Sally Beauty Supply at 4662 Veteran’s Memorial Drive in the Town of Batavia on September 11, 2019.
Woodruff was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia Town Court on September 26, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
