Chad S. Bzduch, 33, of Ellsworth Ave., Batavia is charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd, a class B felony, two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance 5th, a class D felony, and one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, a class A misdemeanor, after allegedly selling quantities of Adderall and Suboxone to an agent of the Genesee County Drug Task Force on two separate occasions in and around the Batavia area.
Bzduch had an active indictment warrant and was observed walking on Bank street in the City of Batavia on September 12, 2019. Bzduch was taken into custody.
He was also found to be in possession of a quantity of Fentanyl at the time of his arrest.
Bzduch was arraigned yesterday afternoon in County Court by Judge Charles Zambito and was released on recognizance.
Task Force members were assisted by Batavia Police Officers, Genesee County Sheriff’s Deputies and the Genesee County District Attorney’s Office.
Sergio I. Santana, 38, of State St., Batavia, is charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, both class B felonies, after allegedly selling a quantity of cocaine to an agent of the Genesee County Drug Task Force on two separate occasions in and around the Batavia area.
Santana, who had an active indictment warrant, was arrested on Ellicott street by Batavia Police on September 12, 2019.

Sophie M. Cegielski, 18, of Pine St., Oakfield, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing property out of another students bag during school after hours on September 11, 2019 at Oakfield/Alabama High School at 7001 Lewiston road in Oakfield.
Cegielski was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Oakfield Town court on September 23, 2019 at 6:00p.m.
