GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Batavia man causes disruption in court room

John J. Saddler Jr., 32, of Orange Grove Dr., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd and disorderly conduct after being warned not to use obscene language in the courtroom on September 17, 2019 at 1 West Main street.

Saddler Jr. allegedly continued to use obscene language causing a disruption in the courtroom.

He was arraigned in City Court by Judge Rogers and remanded to the jail in lieu of $2,000 cash bail.

Saddler is due back in court today at 1:00p.m.

Taylor S. Wyder, 25, of Alleghany Rd., Alabama, is charged with unlawfully dealing with a child 1st following an investigation into an adult serving alcohol to a minor at a residence on Alleghany road in Alabama on September 16, 2019 at 1:00a.m.

Wyder was arraigned in Alabama Town Court and released on his own recognizance.

He will re-appear in court on October 3, 2019 at 4:30p.m.

An order of protection was issued for the victim.
