BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/Pair charged after traffic stop on North Spruce street

David Vega, 54, of Buell St., Batavia, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 1st, more than 10 suspensions on 10 different dates, and unsecured front plate, after a traffic stop on North Spruce street on October 8, 2019.

Vega has a suspended and revoked NYS driver’s license with 33 suspensions and revocations, 30 were on 20 separate dates, police say.

Vega was jailed in lieu of $10,000 cash and $20,000 bond bail. He re-appeared in City Court on October 9, 2019.

Also charged is Jennifer J. Hogan, 26, of Buell St, Batavia. She was found to allegedly be in possession of drug paraphernalia, marijuana and an open container of beer.

Hogan is charged with criminal use of drug paraphernalia 2nd, criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, unlawful possession of marijuana 2nd and open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway.

She was jailed in lieu of $10,000 cash and $20,000 bond bail.

Hogan re-appeared in City Court on October 9, 2019.

Nathan Falsone, 35, of East Main St., Batavia, is charged with criminal mischief and unlawful imprisonment following an investigation into a domestic incident on East Main street on October 9, 2019 at 4:34a.m.

Falsone was arraigned in City Court and released on his own recognizance.

He will re-appear in court on October 24, 2019.
