GENESEE COUNTY/Indictments/Woman facing an 11 count indictment after allegedly driving drunk with children in the vehicle

A Genesee County Grand Jury has accused Michele R. Williams of driving drunk with 5 children in her vehicle on May 24, 2019 on Rt. 77 in Darien.

Williams is accused of aggravated DWI with a child in the vehicle, a class E felony, 10 counts, and following too closely. The children were 15 years of age or less.

The Grand Jury has also indicted Taraleen T. Tundo for aggravated DWI with a child in the vehicle, a class E felony, after Tundo was allegedly driving her 2004 Ford on Rt. 5 in Stafford on May 1, 2019, while her ability to operate the vehicle was impaired by the combined influence of drugs.

The child was a passenger in the vehicle and was 15 year of age or less.

In count two, Tundo is accused of driving to the left of markings, a violation.

In count three, Tundo is further accused of criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, a class A misdemeanor. Tundo is accused of unlawfully possessing Suboxone.

In count 4, Tundo is accused of criminally using drug paraphernalia 2nd, a class A misdemeanor. Tundo is accused of possessing or selling gelatin capsules, glassine envelopes, vials and capsules for the packaging of individual quantities of narcotic drugs or stimulants with intent to use, unlawfully manufacture, package, or dispense.

The Grand Jury has accused Sybil D. Davis of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle 1st, a class E felony. Davis was operating he 2001 Dodge on Rt. 19 in the Town of LeRoy on April 3, 2019, knowing her license or privilege to operate a vehicle was suspended or revoked.

Davis is also accused of DWAI/combined influence of drugs or alcohol, as a misdemeanor. Davis is also charged with 3 counts of reckless driving as a misdemeanor, after allegedly crossing the center line of the highway and driving into the path of an oncoming vehicle that was operating lawfully within its lane of travel, the vehicle had to engage in evasive maneuvers in order to avoid a collision.

In count 6, Davis is accused of attempted escape 3rd after attempting to escape from custody.

A Grand Jury has indicted Brian Dyer and accused him of assault 1st, class B violent felony, after he allegedly caused serious physical injury to another person by means of a dangerous instrument, a concrete statue.

The incident occurred in the City of Batavia on July 5, 2019.

In count 2, Dyer is accused of criminal possession of a weapon 3rd, class D felony, after possessing a dangerous instrument, a concrete statue, with intent to use it unlawfully against a male subject.

Patrick J. Gonzales has been indicted and accused of burglary 3rd, a class D felony, after unlawfully entering a building at 63 Lake street in the Town of LeRoy on March 16, 2017 with intent to commit a crime.

Gonzales is further accused of grand larceny 3rd, a class D felony, after allegedly stealing property having a value in excess of $3,000. A safe and other personal property and about $3,702.50 in U.S. currency.

A Grand Jury has indicted Joseph L. Ruise and accused him of the crime of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, a class B felony, after he knowingly and unlawfully possessed a narcotic drug with intent to sell it, cocaine, on June 21, 2019 in the City of Batavia.

In count 2, Ruise is accused of criminal possession of a controlled substance 4th, a class C felony, after knowingly possessing one or more preparations, compounds, mixtures or substances containing a narcotic drug, cocaine with a weight of one-eighth ounce or more.

In count 3, Ruise is accused of criminally using drug paraphernalia 2nd, a class A misdemeanor after knowingly possessing or selling gelatin capsules, glassine envelopes, vials, capsules or any other material suitable for the packaging of individual quantities of narcotic drugs or stimulants with intent to use, the same for the purpose of unlawfully manufacturing, packaging or dispensing of any narcotic drug or stimulant.

Christopher A. Ridgeway has been indicted and is accused of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, a class B felony after knowingly and unlawfully possessing cocaine with intent to sell it on June 27, 2019 in the City of Batavia.

In count 2, Ridgeway is accused of criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, a class A misdemeanor after knowingly and unlawfully possessing a controlled substance , Alprazolam.
