Tessa L. Engel, 21, of Wade Ave., Batavia, is charged with DWI, refusal to submit to a roadside breath test, unreasonable speed at special hazards and moving from a lane unsafely following a personal injury motor vehicle accident on October 12, 2019 at 12:12a.m. on East Main street.
Engel was issued an appearance ticket and released to family members.
Engel will appear in City Court on October 30, 2019 at 9:00a.m.
Lemar J. Leach, 34, of N. Spruce St., Batavia, is charged with DWI, and driving with a BAC of .08% following an incident at a local business at 573 East Main street on October 13, 2109 at 3:31a.m..
Leach was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on October 30, 2019.
Nathan Falsone, 35, of East Main St., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after allegedly contacting a protected party of an order of protection on October 9, 2019.
Falsone was arraigned in City Court and jailed in lieu of bail and will re-appear in court on October 24, 2019.
